Meal Prep & Prescriptions

Days, weeks, and months after giving birth, bringing a newborn out for groceries, medicine, or any other miscellaneous things, can become overwhelming. I can meal prep, shop for groceries, medication, and more. My job is to ease the load for you!

Home Services

Outside of meal prepping, grocery shopping, and other services, I offer light housework chores. I assist with laundry, washing bottles, dishes, etc. I am your extra hands to make this new addition and this transition smooth for everyone!

Doula Services for the family

I saved the best for last! My main goal is to replicate everything that is done at home and implement that with everyone at home. If this baby(ies) are or are not your first, I am here to make sure everyone get what they need. Especially mom!
